How do I place my order?

Orders can be placed online, by email or by phone. Email cowangear@gloso.com or call Toll-free: 844.364.5533 and an experienced account manager will assist you. Our team is here to help make the ordering process as easy as possible.

From the Cowan Gear website, select the item you want to order, enter the quantity and click ADD TO CART. Once you are finished adding items to your cart, click the CHECK OUT button.

Once you place your order, you’ll immediately receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number. You can log into your account to check the status of your orders.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is completed on our website, the order is processed. If you need to make changes, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will assist you.

How does a Pre-Order work?

Items noted with the Pre-Order icon on the product page will be processed as follows:


1. Orders will be collected during a designated order period.
2. At the time of ordering, your credit card will be charged for these items.
3. Once the order period has closed, items will be produced and shipped within the noted time period on the product page.
4. All additional items, outside of the Pre-Order, will be charged to your credit card upon shipping. Therefore, multiply charges will appear on your credit card when ordering items outside of the Pre-Order.
5. If you decide to cancel your order at any point, your card will be refunded for the full amount billed for any Pre-Order items.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

Drop ship items (shipped directly from the supplier), are only returnable if item is damaged. If returning an item, it must be returned in original packaging. If any fragile goods arrive broken, save all packaging material for the shipper to inspect. Contact us within 20 days of merchandise receipt to correct any issues with your purchase.

How do I change my billing or ship to information?

To change your ship to or bill to address you will need to click the “My Account” link and follow the instructions. If your order is already in process, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will do all we can to assist you.

What if I can’t find the item I want to order?

Please call us toll free 844.364.5533 or e-mail us at cowangear@gloso.com if you can’t find an item or have any questions. We are also happy to discuss any custom projects which require artwork or products that are not shown on this website. We can offer additional ideas for your special event and provide a custom product quotation.

Why do some items have a minimum order quantity?

In order to offer you the very best pricing, some items will have a required minimum order. If you have a project that only requires 1 unit, we have many alternatives available on our website with no minimum. Please contact customer service if you need help with a selection.

Can I order in quantities smaller or larger than those shown?

Each item will list the minimum quantity required to order. In some cases, the minimum requirement is one piece, while other items will be higher. The system will prevent you from adding incorrect quantities to your cart if there is a specific minimum or increment required. If you have a large order and need more than the available inventory quantity shown, please contact us. If your quantity exceeds our highest tier price break, please contact us before adding to the cart, as additional discounts may apply for large orders.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, customers will not be able to add the product to their cart. You may request notification when an item is back in stock, and you will receive an email with a link to place an order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Your credit or debit card will be charged when your order is placed.

Why should I save my credit card?

If your credit card information is saved, you will not be required to re-enter it from order to order.

Why are there different amounts charged to my credit card when I only placed one order?

In-stock items will be charged as soon as they ship from our warehouse. Drop ship items will only be charged when they ship from the manufacturer and may have a longer production lead time. If your order combined in-stock items along with drop ship items, they will be billed separately so multiple charges may appear on your statement.

Is freight or sales/use tax included in the price of the item?

Freight and sales/use tax are not included in the prices. Freight will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you select. We are located in Illinois, and all applicable sales/use tax will be calculated at checkout.

What is a Drop Ship item?

A drop ship item ships directly from the manufacturer and has up to a 3 week production time. If you are ordering a standard item and a drop ship item you will be billed for freight once, on the 1st shipment. When the drop ship items ships you will be billed for the product only. If you need a drop ship item sooner please call us toll free at 844.364.5533. We will see if we are able to rush production. Additional rush charges may apply. All drop ship items are marked on the product page. Note: Items shipping directly from the supplier (drop ships), are only returnable if item is damaged

How fast will I get my order?

Production times and in stock items are listed for every item on the product page. Generally, our turnaround time for in-stock items is 2-3 business days on orders placed before 1:00 PM CST. Some items may be available for rush shipping at an additional charge.

The number of days for delivery depends on the shipping method you choose and your delivery location/ time in transit. At checkout, you will see the estimated freight cost and be able to select from Ground, 2-Day and Next Day shipments.

Can customers from outside of the U.S. purchase from our site?

Customers from outside of the U.S. who are interested in purchasing product should reach out to our Account Management team for pricing.

We are an e-commerce and environmentally-friendly company. By not printing and shipping catalogs, we can pass along these savings to our customers while helping the environment.
